Welcome to Apex Manager

Our first game. A team management game where you understand why a car is fast, not just that it is.

Why we’re making it

Most racing management games hand you a spreadsheet and a stopwatch. We wanted the part in between: the people, the places, and the reasons one car is four tenths quicker than another.

Apex Manager is the game we wanted to play. It’s our first, and it’s coming to Steam.

What you’ll run

Ten teams to choose from, six areas of the car to develop, and engineers and drivers who explain the data in plain words, with an explainer on every term.

Where it happens

Your campus is a real place. You walk from reception to your office to the garage floor, and every facility grows through five stages as your team does.

Race week has a rhythm: practice, qualifying and the race from the pit wall, then the press pen, where every answer ends up in tomorrow’s paper. And the car is yours: in 3D, in your colours, with your number on the nose.

What’s next

The Steam page goes live on 20 November. The free demo arrives on 15 January 2027, for everyone. The full game launches on 19 March 2027.

We’ll post here at every step. See you on the grid.
